Neil Carroll

Neil Carroll is a self-taught artist from London. Real life commitments have previously preventing from realising his dream of becoming a full time professional artist, but the desire never left him and in 2017 Neil finally fulfilled his ambition.

One of Neil's paintings was selected for the Royal Institute of Oil Painters Annual Exhibition in the Mall Galleries, London, in 2014. Since then, Neil has been exploring, experimenting and developing his own style into what we see today-classic, painterly still life that can sit perfectly next to some of the greats.

'I don't set out to paint what is in front of me, I try to create something with atmosphere and interest based on the subject. I remove as much detail as possible and paint as broadly as my mood allows.'
