We understand that buying art online can be a daunting prospect, especially for new customers who have never visited our gallery and are buying art for the first time. That's why we have made a commitment to making it as easy as possible for you with a clear delivery and returns policy to help give our online customers complete peace of mind.
Whether you buy art online via this website or if you are visiting Evergreen Art Café in Daventry, we offer free delivery for all our UK customers. So if you're in the highlands of Scotland or just around the corner in Daventry, we will deliver your art completely free of charge.
Alternatively, if you would like to collect your painting in person, you can enjoy a complimentary hot drink and slice of cake on us and while away a couple of hours browsing our 3 floors of original and limited edition art on display!
If you are ordering from outside the UK and require delivery overseas please contact us to make an enquiry and we can process your order via telephone and/or email.

Free Delivery to any address within the UK
All fine art limited edition prints purchased from Evergreen Art Café include free delivery within the UK. This applies to our mounted paper, canvas prints and any framed prints, which will be delivered to you flat in sturdy cardboard packaging via courier.
We aim to deliver most orders within 5-7 working days. Framed art can take longer than this timescale and we will contact you to confirm an estimated date for delivery if there will be a delay.
If you order an original, we will not use a courier company to handle the delivery. A member of the Evergreen Art Café will contact you to arrange a convenient day/time for us to deliver this to you personally. By its very nature, there is only ever one original and so you can be assured that we will be looking after it personally on its journey to you.
Returns Policy for UK Customers
If you would like to return your art purchase, please contact email@example.com or call 01327 878117 within 7 days of receiving the parcel, explaining your reason for the return. We will confirm the process you need to follow for a successful return.
If the piece of art was ordered in specifically for you (i.e. it was not in stock or on display in the gallery) then unfortunately we are be unable to issue a refund. Instead we can provide you with a credit note to use on any piece of art on display in the gallery. This credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of the return.
Please note that we can only process a refund/credit note if the art arrives back to us in a re-saleable condition. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility and we strongly recommend using a signed for delivery service as you will be liable for the cost of the art if it is lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive the art back to Evergreen Art Café and assuming it arrives in a re-saleable condition, we will process the order and provide you with a full refund or credit note as applicable. We will endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 days for this to take place.
